This is a project helps to improve service based on Milano.
The service we choose is a service of urban public transportation system, it provides people with public bicycle. This is a great service, but there are still some points need to be improved, the first thing we do is to carry a research on the whole service system.
The major problem we found is the registering part.
We conduct the research from three perspectives, online materials, experience by ourselves and interview with the users. We concluded some problems and draw the maps. In order to get a better understanding of this kind of service, we also collect data and research on some similar projects.
